OFFICE INFO
To set up the practice, please start with the WHITE BUTTON - "Office
Info".
Enter your office information, then press the Save button. Make
sure to enter all required fields.
ACTIVE PATIENTS
Active Patients – this window displays all patients completed the forms online.
Sorting - to sort each column in Ascending or Descending order, simply click on the column name.
Personal Information - to view patient's personal information, click the "View" link under the "Personal" column. A new window will open, displaying patient's information.
Health Information - to view patient's health information, click the "View" link under the "Health" column. A new window will open, displaying patient's information.
Archiving Patients - once the patient's documentation is completed, the patient's record can be archived by clicking the checkmark under the "Archive" column. Press "Yes" to confirm the action and the record will be moved into the "Archived Patients" section.
ARCHIVED PATIENTS
Archived Patients - this window displays all patients moved from the "Active Patients" section.
Sorting - to sort each column in Ascending or Descending order, simply click on the column name.
Personal Information - to view patient's personal information, click the "View" link under the "Personal" column. A new window will open, displaying patient's information.
Health Information - to view patient's health information, click the "View" link under the "Health" column. A new window will open, displaying patient's information.
Re-Activating Patients - once the patient's documentation was archived, it can be re-activated by clicking the checkmark under the "Activate" column. Press "Yes" to confirm the action and the record will be moved into the "Active Patients" section.
VIEWING PATIENT INFORMATION
Once the patient information window is opened, the following options are available:
Paging: If the report has more than 1 page, use the arrows to navigate between the pages.
Zooming: In the drop down box select the page size you would like to preview.
Searching: In the find box type the item you are looking for, then press the "Find" link. To look for more results, press the "Next" link.
Exporting: In the drop down box select format you would like to export to, then press the "Export" link.
Printing: To print the report, right click inside the report window, then select the "Print" option.
LOGGING OFF
To leave the program, click the "Log off" link at the buttom of the screen or simply close the Internet browser.
